Thomas Sullivan was born in 1883. He was unfit for active service, but joined up as an ambulance driver for the Red Cross. Before he joined up he was the No.1 chauffeur for Lord Derby. Then later on he worked for the St. Marylebone Borough Council with his Dad.
I've recently come across the Kings Medal awarded to Mr Sullivan from the London County Council, which Thomas I don't know, most probably this one.
He died at home, Tadema House, Penfold St, London, NW8, on 23.12.1938, aged 54 and had never married. He is also buried in the Kensal Green (St. Mary's) R.C cemetery, in a public grave.
